Accidents and prevention in oil tanks and storage tank areas are more harmful and prone to fire and explosion accidents. Fire prevention and explosion-proof systems must be established in accordance with relevant regulations, fire prevention and sentry must be carried out frequently, and fire safety management must be strictly carried out to ensure fire safety

(1) the fire and explosion prevention of oil storage tanks and storage tank areas shall be in accordance with gb50183 and gb50074. The fire extinguishing system with low expansion air foam shall be in accordance with gb50151

(2) the storage tank area should be kept tidy, and there should be no dry grass, oil stain and combustibles in the fire dike

(3) water seal wells should be set in the drainage system of the storage tank area; The drainage pipe shall be equipped with valves outside the fire dike; When the oil tank discharges water, special personnel shall be assigned to monitor and remove the residual oil in the water sealed well in time

(4) non explosion proof electrical equipment and high-voltage overhead lines should not be installed in the storage tank area

(5) the storage tank area shall be provided with fire dike as required, and the fire dike shall be kept intact

(7) the light transmission hole, ruler hole cover and gasket on the top of the oil storage tank should be kept in good condition. There are some high-grade tensile machines on the market. In addition to the above items, the cover should be tightly covered. The oil measuring port should be equipped with non sparking metal gaskets

(8) the base of breather valve and hydraulic safety valve on oil storage tank shall be equipped with flame arrester. The flame arrester shall be inspected at least once a quarter

(9) flexible hose compensator shall be installed on the inlet and outlet oil pipeline of oil storage tank

(10) steel, such as hardness and effective depth of hardened layer with relatively smooth surface, electrodeposited layer, nitrided layer, carburized layer, various copper strips, thin wires, blades, thin sheets 3 μ M. the surface hardness of parts shall be measured. The oil storage tank body shall be equipped with lightning protection and anti-static grounding device, and its grounding resistance shall not be greater than 10. At least one grounding point shall be set every 30m along the bottom of the tank, and there shall be no less than two grounding points for a single tank

⑾ every spring, the lightning protection and anti-static grounding device should be thoroughly checked, and the test grounding resistance value should meet the requirements

(12) two flexible copper wires with a cross-sectional area of not less than 25mm2 shall be used to connect the floating ship of the floating roof tank with the tank wall

⒀ the oil storage tank should operate in a safe tank position

⒁ when the condensate oil level is higher than the heating coil, it should be heated with steam riser first, and then heated with steam coil after the condensate dissolves

(15) do not wear chemical fiber clothing and shoes with nails. The non explosion-proof flashlight should not be turned on or off on the top of the tank

(16) the hot work and tank cleaning of oil pipelines in the storage tank area shall comply with industry regulations

(17) if the oil storage tank is on fire, it should immediately report and stop all work on the burning oil tank. Organize to put out the fire and start the emergency plan in time
