always remember that safety comes first. Nothing is more important than safety. Safety is mainly personal safety and equipment safety. Life belongs to us only once. Users' equipment is very precious, and we have no reason not to cherish it. Our on-site commissioning is high-altitude operation, live line operation and lifting operation. Every link is full of dangers and dangers, and we can't afford to be careless. Some errors only damage the testing instruments, some errors only damage the equipment, and some errors will leave a lifelong regret and even kill us. These errors don't even have a chance to make us regret. Therefore, if it is unsafe, it will not work, if it is unsafe, it will not be debugged, and if it is safe, there will be no trivial matter

1. When there is no electricity, it should be regarded as electricity. It should always be operated after electricity. Note: since it is a fault, anything can happen. In our eyes, nothing is reliable. We can only trust our own eyes and judgment, and the correct judgment is based on rich on-site electrical work experience

2. Correctly use electrical instruments, especially multimeter. There are two kinds of multimeter, pointer type and digital type, which are used in the field. The multimeter should measure accurately, especially the voltage range. First insert the 220V power supply to check whether the reading and range are accurate; Turn on the resistance gear, and connect the red and black probe to jgj98 (2) 000 in short circuit to see whether the probe returns to zero. We usually use the voltage gear (measuring voltage) and Ohm gear (measuring on-off). Be sure to insert the probe into the corresponding jack of these two gears, otherwise it will cause a short circuit when inserting it into the jack of the current gear to measure voltage. The battery of the multimeter should be fully charged, and a spare battery can be brought. Be careful not to use the resistance gear to measure the voltage, and do not over measure

3. You must form a habit of checking electricity after power failure. Note that the circuit breaker cannot be used as an isolating switch. Even if the handle of the circuit breaker is turned to the off position, the outgoing end of the circuit breaker may be charged. Be sure to measure it with a multimeter

4. The frequency converter cannot be powered immediately after cutting off the power supply. 5. Check whether the main stop button and stop button can be powered off flexibly. They are protective components and must be flexible and reliable. Check whether the brake of the lifting mechanism is sensitive and reliable. Reliable brake is the greatest guarantee for the safety of lifting

6. Pay attention to the impact of static electricity on electronic and electrical equipment, and do not touch the circuit board with your hands. Also pay attention to electrostatic injury, and try not to touch electrical components with your hands. Pay special attention in dry seasons such as winter

7. All electrical components should be well grounded according to the regulations. Correct grounding is very necessary to prevent interference and electric shock. The whole machine should also be properly grounded as required

8. Be careful not to let foreign matters fall off. The coating technology has laid the foundation for printing electronic components. Put things inside electrical equipment such as frequency converter, voltage regulator, PLC, etc. and try not to put things on it

9. Necessary protective measures should be taken during commissioning, such as wearing safety helmets, insulating gloves, insulating rubber shoes, and fire extinguishers should be placed next to the cab and control panel in case of need

10. Don't eat and drink dirty food and drinks, don't stay in black hotels, and don't take black rentals. Keep healthy, energetic and concentrate on debugging. Eat well and sleep well. Take care of your health when you go out

11. The wet and damp equipment cannot be debugged. If forced debugging, people are easy to get an electric shock and the equipment is easy to be damaged. Debugging can only be carried out after the equipment is completely dry

12. It should be noted that the rotating parts (such as drum, large and small wheels, motor output shaft, coupling, steel wire rope, pulley, brake, handrail door, etc.) are dangerous, and cannot stay at the rotating parts, and cannot stay at the parts with hidden dangers

13. Be sure to hold firmly when climbing the ladder, and do not take risks. Getting on and off the train should be carried out in order, without competition or robbery

14. When starting the cart and trolley and lifting, ring the bell to warn the personnel on the car that they should not start the car if there are dangerous factors. Only when the personnel on and off the car are in a safe position can they start the car. No matter who asks to stop at the scene, stop and power off immediately

15. The surroundings of electrical equipment, ladders for getting on and off, and walking platforms shall be clean and not slippery, and obstacles shall be cleaned. It should be noted that there should be no obstacles on the tracks of trolleys and pulleys

16. Do not touch live parts with your body. Take appropriate protective measures. Keep your clothes tight. Try to wear gloves and insulated shoes. Tools should be safe and reliable

18. Don't throw things under the car. Fix the debugging tools to avoid falling and hurting people. Debugging tools should be stored well to prevent loss and theft. After debugging every day, lock the door of the electrical room and the cab, and turn off the power supply

19. Prevent equipment short circuit (short circuit to ground, short circuit between phases), prevent fire, and take good protection. There is an appropriate electrical safety distance between the wiring terminals, and each phase conductor should be protected by a circuit breaker

20. Have a full understanding of the potential hazards in the commissioning of electrical equipment, and have appropriate emergency measures and protective measures to prevent them from happening. Individuals should be aware of safety, hardship and health at all times. Consciously accept and obey the safety supervision, inspection and management of the safety personnel on the construction site, listen to the advice and supervision of others, and develop good safety habits

21. Master various skills of seeing, hearing, asking and cutting to ensure personal and equipment safety. Hope is to check the appearance and wiring of electrical equipment in detail, pay attention to the on-off state of electrical equipment, and observe the safety state of equipment and personnel; Smell is whether there is abnormal smell and sound after power on.
